Tahira and Kaniel went for a bright, colourful palette with florals accenting each of the bridesmaids dresses. Their broken floral arch and bud vases were perfect additions to the light airy feel of the barn at The Farm. Guest experience and food were top priorities and I can honestly say the guests at this wedding had the time of their lives. From the surprise musical performances, to the inclusion of the Goan Wedding March tradition, the guests were immersed in a high energy celebration.

The bride and groom got ready with their respective attendants in a waterfront Airbnb in Hamilton. Tahira opted for an old-hollywood makeup and hair look to accent her minimalist Theia Couture gown from Loversland. Her bridesmaids wore dresses of different styles and fabrics, in an array of poppy colours. The gorgeous florals from Threads and Blooms perfectly complemented the colours of the dresses. 

Tahira and Kaniel invited their families to perform a traditional Goan wedding blessing before they left for the first look. These heartfelt moments of connection were such a highlight of this beautiful Goan wedding day. The lush gardens at The Farm provide a gorgeous backdrop for a midday first look and couple’s portrait session. 

The ceremony took place in The Outdoor Chapel space amongst the willow trees. The broken arch florals anchored the space and allowed for Tahira and Kaniel’s musicians to be prominently featured in the wooden arbor during the ceremony. 

Golden hour at The Farm is out of this world beautiful. With nothing obstructing the light from pouring in we were bathed in a golden glow. Surrounded by the fragrant, wild gardens at The Farm, this golden hour portrait session was truly spectacular.
